The family and friends of John J. Fiore are hosting the Fourth Annual John J. Fiore Memorial Golf Tournament on Saturday, August 17th at 1pm at The Niagara County Golf Course in Lockport, NY. On February 12, 2009, John passed away aboard Flight 3407 in Clarence, New York. He dedicated his life to his family and his country, spending 30 years serving our country in both the US Marine Corps and the US Air Force. He fought for our freedom in the Vietnam War, Desert Storm and had 2 tours of duty in the Iraqi War. John retired from military life in 2006 and was due to retire from his civilian career at Washington Mills in 2011. Our hero continues to be sorely missed.
John always had a special place in his heart for children, having spearheaded fundraisers for Children's Hospital and various local organizations. Proceeds from the tournament will again go to The Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo. In 2012, we were able to raise an amazing $13,000. That brings our three year total to $36,000. The goal of The Ronald McDonald House is to make a difference in the lives of children and their families during times of illness. With the help of donations from supporters such as you, they will continue to make difficult times a bit easier for the families they serve.

2012 Tournament Recap
Our 3rd Annual John J. Fiore Memorial Golf Tournament was once again a huge success. We would like to thank you all for your generosity. Our sponsors, golfers, basket hunters, anyone that made a donation, our numerous volunteers and of course our tournament committee. Your commitment to helping us raise money for The Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo in John's memory is something that words cannot describe. We were able to raise $13,000 this year, bringing our three year total to $36,000. The event turned out even better than the previous year and we hope to continue our annual endeavor and this is an open invitation for you to join us again. Please know that we could never pull this event off without your assistance. We can never say thank you enough.
